Wellness & Rhythm is a 50-minute wellness experience rooted in movement, music, and culture, featuring a live DJ spinning sounds from R&B and Hip-Hop to Soul, Motown, and beyond.
Limited to just 25 guests per session, each class is intentionally intimate, allowing for personalized instruction, genuine connection, and an elevated experience. Meet a new instructor, connect with fellow guests, and enjoy complimentary bites and refreshments.

Following each session, guests will have the opportunity to support two- three rotating small-business vendors offering baked goods, meal-prep, and juicing options. Vendors will rotate regularly, giving guests the chance to discover new businesses while helping circulate their dollars throughout the community. Your wellness experience continues beyond the experience—while supporting the people and businesses that make our community special.
Maison Membership Benefit
Maison members receive passes to Wellness & Rhythm classes as part of their membership. Once their included passes are used, members can continue attending for an exclusive $25 member rate per class, making it easy to stay connected to the experience throughout the month.
